A: After the survey closes the second week in March, the answers are compiled and formatted electronically and are ready for viewing the second week in April. You can access the results from the link on our homepage with the same username and password you created to participate in the survey. Survey results are free to those who participate. There is a nominal fee to view the results for companies that have not participate, please contact our office for more information. Q: How can I get my real estate listings posted on LOIS?
A: We will list any real estate listings the meet the following requirements: - Land listings start at a minimum of 20 acres
- Building listings start at a minimum of 20,000 square feet
- No residential listings
- MCEDC Investors have no minimum requirements
